About the Event
The Pi Kappa Alpha Firefighters Challenge is a week-long, socially oriented event that pits sororities against each other in events throughout the week as they compete for points to win the coveted Pike Firefighters Axe. Every sorority on campus, along with the gentlemen of Pike, participate in events all week including a karaoke night, blood drive, and field day. Pike designed this annual Spring event to raise money for the Hennepin County Medical Center Burn Unit, but we are accepting donations all year long through our Razoo account. During the 2013-2014 school year, the Pi Kappa Alpha Fire Truck Pull and Firefighters Challenge combined raised nearly $10,000! We hope to continue this success and raise even more money for burn victims for many years to come.
